Commission Based Sales Person Position

Commission Based Sales Person

We are seeking a wellness focused, motivated, and organized COMMISSION based Sales Agent to close sales and boost our customer base and customer retention.
You will utilize established leads and generate new leads. After making initial contact, you will help potential clients and customers understand how our services and products can enhance their everyday lives and overall well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Call and email potential customers
  • Determine customer needs and offer product or service solutions and support
  • Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies
  • Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process
  • Maintain a record of calls and sales process with each lead
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
  • Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated successful sales record
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom or Google Meet Video Conferencing
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills

What Would Make You Stand Out?

  • Experience and understanding of the wellness and spiritual communities
  • Advanced trainings and or Bachelor Degree in marketing, sales, and/or other related fields
  • Entrepreneur mindset
  • Customer Service experience
  • Commission Based Sales experience
  • Experience utilizing social media & community to generate new leads
