We invest significant time and resources in preparing for sessions with clients and preparing customized training materials and programs for each corporate client. Our services are often booked in advance, potentially turning away other business opportunities.
The value of our intellectual property is delivered during the booking and preparation process, as well as during the actual training session.
3. Exceptions
While we generally do not offer refunds, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, I Am HealingOne, LLC reserves the right to evaluate situations on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of I Am HealingOne, LLC management.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service:
For mental health and individual appointments please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
For corporate training and workshops please contact us 10 business days prior to the scheduled date (you will be invoiced for any additional fees we may incur with re-booking travel for flights, hotel, etc)
Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for rescheduling or credit towards future services, subject to availability. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
5. Quality Guarantee
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
6. Technical Issues
For virtual training sessions, I Am HealingOne, LLC is not responsible for technical issues on the client's end (e.g., internet connectivity problems, hardware failures). We recommend testing your setup prior to the scheduled session.

I Am HealingOne, LLC reserves the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
